Email enquiries and purpose
This website does not submit or store online enquiries. Email links open your email app; your enquiry is sent to info@chanjuanculture.com only when you click Send in that app. Information you provide is used to respond and discuss learning or partnership arrangements, not for advertising or public display.
Parents and adult learners
A parent or guardian should send enquiries for a child, using an adult’s contact details. A year level or age range and the learning question are usually enough; a child’s full name, school, identity documents, reports or health records are not needed.
Access and your choices
Enquiry emails are handled by authorised team members responsible for responding. We retain enquiry information only for the period needed to respond and follow up. Contact us below to request access, corrections or deletion. You can ask for a WhatsApp or WeChat reply in your email; those services’ privacy practices apply to later conversations.
Browsing and external services
We do not add advertising trackers, online payment or student-record features. Hosting services may process basic technical information for operation and security. Email, WeChat and external websites follow their own privacy practices.
Appearance preference
